1. Agreement to terms
By accessing growvisor.io or engaging GrowVisor LLC, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
GrowVisor LLC builds and runs an inquiry-to-admission system for private-pay home care agencies. David Uwikunze runs kickoff, messaging, and reviews; the build is done by a named person on our side. It does not replace your scheduling software.
3. SMS messaging terms
By opting in to receive text messages from GrowVisor LLC, you agree to the following:
- You will receive appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and follow-ups from GrowVisor LLC
- Message frequency varies
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help
- Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
4. Bookings and communications
An admissions call is a diagnostic conversation. Booking a call does not constitute a purchase. Confirmations and reminders may go out by email and SMS. Give twenty-four hours if you need to reschedule.
5. Payments and refunds
Paid engagement terms, if offered, are confirmed separately in writing. The delivery assurance is: if the system is not live on the client's channels within 30 days because GrowVisor LLC did not finish its side, work continues at no extra fee until it is, subject to the written conditions. It is not a promise of revenue, clients, or conversion rates.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, the Private-Pay Admissions System, and related materials belong to GrowVisor LLC. No license is granted by use of the site.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Site content is provided as-is. Results depend on pay, staffing, follow-through, and factors outside GrowVisor LLC's control. Nothing on this site promises a specific number of accepted cases or income beyond the written assurance attached to a paid agreement. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site is acceptance of the updated terms.
